Last night Dad and I went out to eat. Just me and him, it was nice. We went to a serious hole in the wall fish place in Southern Illinois. I had serious reservations about going in, but we did, and we survived. Their specialty is catfish. It was pretty good. Quite an experience. But mostly had fun hanging out with my Dad.

I am there with you on the not so sure about it. Reminds me of a BBQ place my Aunt and Uncle took us to in Arkansas. Probably not as much as the one you show. But oh my, the BBQ!!
I remember a really awful place near the lake at Conroe, TX that had the best catfish, and a place near the prison in Huntville that had the best BBQ, an AME Church :) Good eats!
